Admission Procedure

Admissions to the School are open to all during the months of April/May/June depending on vacancies on first come basis. All students seeking admission have to clear a Pre-admission/Entrance Test. The Principal reserves the right of deciding the class to which a student may be admitted.

The school adheres to the 5 years class formula for fixing the age at the time of admission for Nursery plus 3 years plus.

For Kindergarten 4 years plus.

For 1st standard 5 years plus.

The above calculation of years continues from Standard-II onwards.
Admission will not be taken to Standards X (ICSE) & XII (ISC)
Admission to Standard IX & XI will be as per the procedures of CISCE, New Delhi and the School authorities.

For Nursery class a birth certificate in original has to be submitted along with the admission form/three recent passport photographs.

At the time of admission the original report card of the previous class, abonafide certificate, transfer certificate in original. Three recent passport sized photographs must also be submitted.

Admissions are made strictly on merit, any form of canvassing will automatically result in the rejection of candidature.

The Academic year is from 01 April to 31st March
The Academic terms are also follows:-

  • 1st Term – 01 April to mid May :
  • Summer Break Mid May – Mid July
  • 2nd Term – Mid July – Mid December :
  • Winter Break Mid December – Mid January
  • 3rd Term – Mid January – 21st March

A detailed fee schedule can be obtained from the school Administrative/Account Office. This consists of all accounting details and formalities that have to completed upon admission.

Withdrawal Procedure

The School administrative Office will issue a form for withdrawal and refund of caution money.

The school has to be given at least one month’s notice for withdrawal and issue of TC plus testimonials. An application needs to written to the Principal for the details of different documents desired.

If any student is absent from class without taking leave for ten consecutive days his/her name will be struck of the rolls of a school with no information letter sent to parents.

Important Note

The Principal of the School reserves the right of ordering the removal of any student from the rolls of the school in case the students does not show progress in academics or does not conform to the rules and regulations and academic decisions of the school or on account of any misbehavior or misconduct in school.

The School authorities would like to notify parents that in case of any injury during school hours only first aid will be provided responsible action will be taken. The safety of students will be the parents responsibility at the school gates before and after school hours.

Disrespectful and arrogant behaviour of students or parents or guardians with school authorities will lead to expulsion of the student.
